CPF Board is a government agency for Provident Fund.

IRAS regulates Individual Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Goods & Services Tax, Property Tax, Audits, and so on.

CCS will have powers to investigate and adjudicate anti-competitive activities. It will also have the powers to impose sanctions.

ACRA was formed by the enactment of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act (ACRA Act). The formation of this statutory board is a result of a merger between the then Registry of Companies and Businesses (RCB), and the Public Accountants’ Board (PAB). ACRA role is to achieve synergies between monitoring of corporate compliance with disclosure requirements and the regulation of public accountants performing statutory audit.

Formed on 1^st April 2001, EMA is a statutory board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry that regulates the electricity and gas industry and district cooling services in designated areas.
